SLA Mentoring Scheme
In response to members requests, SLA started a mentoring scheme
aimed at new school librarians and it's now a highly valued and in demand service. If you are a member new to libraries or school libraries and would like to have an experienced colleague in a
similar context to run ideas by, or simply reassurance you are offering
pupils what they need, please do get in touch with us.
There
are some documents on this page to assist you with your decision, but if
you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
If
you would like to offer your services as a mentor, to help that new
sector entrant, or to request we find a mentor to be that support step
