Member Meet-Up: Thinking Critically About The News In The School Library
Join fellow SLA members and First News for an informal member meet-up exploring the growing importance of news literacy in schools.
We'll begin with a short presentation from First News, covering misinformation, AI, social media, and practical ways to help students distinguish fact, opinion and bias. We'll then open up the discussion, giving members the opportunity to share ideas, experiences and resources with colleagues from across all phases.
