Our Speaker, Alma Simpson, is a professional storyteller who began her career as a teacher and has had experience of working with a Librarian to set up a successful storytelling club in her school. The workshop will demonstrate the value of storytelling, and give us the confidence and enthusiasm to set up a group of our own. There will be an opportunity to put Alma's advice into practice and try our hands at storytelling ourselves.
This event is free to attend.
Non-SLA members are welcome (but will not be able to vote at the AGM) - please bring a friend!
Please confirm your attendance and any dietary requirements by 7th June 2010, via e-mail to sla.london_secretary@hotmail.com or telephone Nikki Packer on 0207 291 7008
